Customers receive lucky cards at Essilor dealer shops right after completing the purchase. Customers scratch and find the prize on the card with below text:

- - Customers will contact Essilor dealer shops or contact directly customer service hotline of Essilorvietnam to inform prizes.
- - Customers will need to inform Essilor before June, 10th, 2023 to get the prizes (10 days after promotion period)
- - PROCESS TO CLAIM PRIZE 1,2,3:
- + The prizes will only be sent directly in Essilor dealer shops within 7-10 days after informing.
- + Customers will need to send back to Essilorvietnam the lucky card, copied ID card, copied receipt and sign on the claim notes when receiving prizes.
- + Customers will need to authorize for Essilorvietnam to pay PIT tax with prize value over 10 millions VND according to Vietnam law.
- - PROCESS TO CLAIM CONSOLATION PRIZE:
- + The prizes will be sent directly in Essilor dealer shops within 3-5 days after informing.
- + Customers will need show the lucky card when receiving prizes.
- - All personal information provided must be completely accurate and up-to-date for awarding purposes. Prizes will not be awarded if personal information is incorrect.
- - Customers must present documents to prove that the information they have registered is correct
- - Essilor is not responsible in case the customer information registered is wrong compared to reality.
- - Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- - Essilor has the right to use pictures and information of winners for advertising and promotional purposes.
- - In case the customer is unable to move to receive the bonus, the representative must have a legal authorization.
